At Shubhasoft, the client dont need to communicate with mulitple channels for each information, if you refer the diagram shown above, the project management team will be the only source of contact to our clients. This way of working has helped us in avoiding mis-communications during the project development process. Apart from this, in case if the client's technical team wants to communicate with our techincal team, we open up a channel where by client's technical team can interact with our technical team. During this process the project manager will also be involved along with the technical team, so that there will not be any mis-understanding in the entire process.

Our project managers speaks the programmer's language as well as the business language , this has given us the leverage in project management, as the manager is not just managing the team, but the same time the manager knows where we are standing in project. All our project managers used be our own in-house programmers, who are promoted in due course of time.
