Shubhasoft Mobi Solutions Pvt Ltd was incepted in late 90s by a group of technocrats. At the stage of inception the company was know only as "Shubhasoft", later on in 2001 we have registered the company as a private corporation. Shubhasoft is based in the commercial capital of India, Mumbai (popularly known as Bombay). During our inception days our focus was only on providing custom programming services for ERP like SBT (now known as ACCPAC), UA Corporate Access, Sage MAS90 etc., Our expertise in adpating US GAAP rules and understanding the client's business process has given us an extra leverage, as this skill of our had reduced the effort of our clients to educate the engineers about the engineering/business principles.

At this point of time we have realized that most of our clients are having the problem in acquiring data from their employees who were on the field. We took this oppurtunity and done a detailed study to get a solution, this was the phase when Palm OS devices were getting popular in the international market. We relaized that these kind of devices can be an answer for all our problems. This was the turning point in our company's business strategy, where our focus has been shifted from normal application development to only mobile application platforms. As a blessing, during this period, Microsoft's Handheld devices (like Palm PC / Handheld PC) were also getting popular, this is the phase when we have shifted our focus from Desktop Application development to a complete mobile application development company for integrating enterprise data with mobile devices.

As time pass by, our team starting getting into the core aspects of the embedded domain like device design, integrating custom hardware with PDA's etc., We have trained our selves with all the areas of embedded development ranging from VLSI design to Custom OS development. Our technical team believed in the management's dream to stand out as a Unique Service provider to provide services in all areas of embedded domain ranging from developing wireless applications to designing wireless devices.We have an in-house training methodology where by, all our engineers are updated with the latest trends / technologies, this gives us the cutting edge to take up any new challenge in new product development / reengineering the existing projects as per the latest / productive technologies.

Recently Shubhasoft has ventured out into Mobile Content division as well. We have our own set of Graphic Designers, 3D Artists, Game Developers to design / develop contents for Mobile Domain. We also have a team which do Graphical Design work like illustration, Website design etc., This division is known as "Shubhasoft Studio" , this studio is equipped with the best of breed designers / creative artists.
